I create, and then I immediately seek external validation. I hate that I'm like this. I feel like my fellow creatives can understand.
My only gripe with the new keyboard is that the software to program it SUCKS. once you have a profile enabled, apparently, you just straight up can't modify it, and have to delete the profile and start over. I'm not the only one experiencing this, hopefully they'll fix it in a future release.
I got to play D&D today with my childhood best friend, another friend I haven't seen really in years and made some new friends along the way. Felt good. Now to get some art and a minuature for my first player character in what will be a long game in a very, very long time.
New keyboard has arrived. It is much thockier than the old low profile logitech g915 I was using. I like the sound a lot better and the feel of the keycaps are more comfortable as well as the typing angle. Latency seems the same as the old KB so not it's just getting used to it, also hotswappable!

Thorin went for his maiden voyage today. Came in second. I missed killing the problem player by one health.

The Mortal Kombat II movie is hillariously bad, like MST3K worthy. But I did watch the whole thing.
Justice League Unlimited, Season 2, Episode 13 Epilogue is still one of the greatest animted tv episodes created. It perfectly encapsulates how little Waller understands about what makes Batman, Batman.

The full quality image I had commissioned of my favorite D&D character has been lost to a failed drive that was somehow missed by my NAS backup. I reached out to the original artist to see about getting the file again. Sadly, no response on the email I have for them. I am sad.

I am only missing Thorin, Mountain-King and I have all the dwarves for my Hobbit Dwarf Deck. Need to see if I can find local or trade for it before I resort to ordering it online.
Someone dinged my car today. It's small but the top coat appears to be scuffed making it look worse than it is. I can fix the paint, but I'm annoyed. It's clearly from someone opening their car door and hitting my car, but they didn't feel like leaving a note or anything. Annoyed.
I am building a Thorin Oakenshield deck. It will only have dwarves. I am living my truth, because I am basically a Tolkien Dwarf IRL and I'm pretty sure anyone who has met me would agree. Strong, stubborn, deeply loyal and incredibly skilled at crafting. I've borne grudges for literal decades
Pre-Release is always exhausting, but also very good. I am always filled with pride when I look at the community we built. So many couples, friend groups and families come to my store, and tell me they love how it feels, that it's welcoming and safe and friendly.
Seriously, come hang out with us and watch as we pretend it's 1997 again.

Well, looks like my next phone won't be a pixel, or probably not even android. With the removal of Assitant and forcing everyone to use Gemini (which tells you all you need to know about adoption rates) I have no more incentive to stay on the platform. Maybe I'll try linux on my phone.
