This was the most extraordinary piece of broadcasting I’ve seen for a while. At best disrespectful at worst sexist and misogynostic. The problem with filling live news on a story that doesn’t need speculation. Very poor indeed

Heard two radio news bulletins today say that oil had "dropped well below the 100 dollar a barrel mark". What does 'well below' mean? Turns out it's 94/95. Well-below to me is 70. Whilst the price will fluctuate - why not be specific? Vague news scripts like that are lazy.
