Here's my prediction. Eshmel must go back in time to recruit the four protagonists. Once they collect all four items from each protagonist through the plot, then eshmel will unlock the fire emblem, or some weapon being able to defeat the big evil dragon.
I just hope the new direct shows a new gameplay mechanic that makes the game unique and stand out from the rest of the games, like how class change system and battalions were introduced in three houses.
