Finally got around to Cameron Crowes book. It's funny I realize how much my life was a parallel to his at basically the same time (except I didn't become rich, famous or marry Nancy Wilson) One line in the book really stands out: "Music was more than music, it was a door that opened for 3 minutes"

Man what a shit way to wake up, first thing I saw was the Dave Mason passed this weekend. We go back all the way to his days in Traffic. His first solo album I still think is one of the best out there. Been awhile since we talked but one of the nicest people I knew in rock. RIP Dave
This morning we just announced Little Feat is coming back to Akron Nov 9th at the Goodyear Theater on their farewell tour. Sad to see them leaving the road. Definitely making the drive back home for this show.
