Y'know, I'm at a point where I'm just tired of seeing discourse about "who can make the "best" indie animated project" online. Just make your show and don't make it some kind of dick measuring contest or something because you didn't like it. Nobody wins at that point.

I still believe that the people in the Pokemon fanbase that say they want 2D sprites back would probably be the same people to say, "Ugh, why hasn't Game Freak transitioned to 3D with its mainline Pokemon games yet?", in a timeline where Pokemon and Game Freak never transitioned to 3D.
