Check out my current ( but not so new reading ) Times are changing and I decided to pick up a book I actually put down and continue reading the epic story of the Malazan book of the fallen with book 3: Memories of Ice! What a mistake that was!

Super excited to be rolling dice with my friends tonight! Our Dragonbane next chapter campaign continues tonight! The city of Waves and Flames: Arkand awaits them and one man has a most peculiar request for them, all while enjoying a cup of Arkand Breakfast tea #ttrpg #dragonbane
Really enjoying watching Star Trek: Strange New Worlds, it's awesome! I am however watching the Lower Decks crossover episode and it's hilarious and brilliant all at the same time!
Check out my current reading! Been finding it difficult to settle on something so decided to try something new and settled on The Blacktongue Thief by Christopher Buehlman, after enjoying Between Two Fires this is already an intriguing read!
Just had an incredible thunderstorm pass over us! Rain, thunder and lightning! Absolutely incredible! Saw the clouds forming on my way home!
The saga of the Magpie as it is now known has ended ( certainly not worthy of one of the great Norse Saga's ) as the shocked Magpie was very much alive and proceed to hop around the garden, it was rescued and taken to a wildlife aid shelter and the confusion of the cat continues who now has a bell.
It was going to be a lovely morning, or so I thought after brewing a lovely cup of tea and settling down what do I find had happened in the back garden...my Cat and a Magpie of all things that she has somehow caught...now there is a shell shocked Magpie in the back garden and one confused Cat!
Happy Friday everyone and yes before you ask, it finally rained and it was glorious!
You absolutely cannot beat a slow paced Sunday!
As I mentioned earlier on here, please do check out my current reading! Currently really enjoying Memories of Ice, book 3 of The Malazan book of the Fallen by Steven Erikson and what a fantastic, epic entry into this series this is! Also enjoying a nice slow paced Sunday while reading outside.
Happy Friday everyone, I am back after taking a bit of time off. This is simply for some personal reasons, I am also taking some time off from my role playing group after a fantastic mini Pendragon RPG campaign! We are all coming back together soon, our Dragonbane campaign returns soon!
I am currently sat outside, enjoying my work of epic fantasy and finished a lovely cup of coffee and looking forward to a wholesome rest of my day. Hope everyone is having a nice weekend so far!
We had an absolutely brilliant session of Dragonbane on Tuesday the Lightbringers were all hungover after a party at the Duck's Egg in Brinstead and somehow ended up in a descent to the Crypt of the Golden Star to save the life of a nobles wife all ending happily and now they are on a boat to Arkand
Our adventure continues tomorrow as the Lightbringers have finally made their way to Brinstead - a quick stop of the at the Ducks Egg establishment has led to one or two drinks and good food before the task of tracking an old friend and new threats continues in Dragonbane: The Next Chapter #ttrpg
Just finished watching The Lord of the Rings films, mainly because it is 25 years since the Fellowship of The Ring came out. Even after all this Time these films are still incredible! From the music, the scenery, the actors, the special effects everything about them still stands up.
Yes! My amazing wife listens to the worlds I create and cares about them, shows me some things to change and what to keep.

We had an absolutely brilliant session of Dragonbane on Tuesday, it was sadly missed last week, but brilliant to get everyone back together for a fun, shenanigan filled session which ended with a friendly bar fight! #ttrpg gambling sessions are always fun + I got to roll with some new dice 🎲
It's officially day 4 without coffee and I couldn't be happier about it!
The only sad thing about this week is that I didn't get to roll dice, the weather played it's part and one of my players actually caught a cold! Anyway I seized the opportunity to buy more dice, yes more dice as this dice goblin needed some more!
Happy Friday everyone! What an extraordinary time it is! It's Day 3 for me without coffee, not a day without caffeine, but a day without coffee and boy do I feel good!
We kicked off a brand new Dragonbane campaign last night and it was fantastic! Brilliant to be back in this world with my amazing group and doing a what happens next campaign from their original adventure - I have always been interested in doing a campaign like this and now it's happening!
After a terrifying adventure through The Alien Evolved Edition TTRPG my group is returning to Dragonbane for a what happens next campaign which is super exciting for me as Dragonbane really is my go to fantasy roleplay game and I have some wonderful resources to use for it. #ttrpg #ttrpggroup
My haul from this year's #ukgamesexpo! Delighted to have visited @chaosium.bsky.social and Free League Publishing for #ttrpg supplements and game options and then to Alley Cat Games for a board game fix!
After the shenanigans of the UK Games Expo, it's time to get back into my regular #ttrpg session with my group and we have a decision to make tonight- which direction are we heading for a new campaign hopefully it's nice and straightforward #roleplaygroup #desicion #dice
I have had UK Games Expo blues! It's such an incredible event, met some brilliant people! Played some awesome games, bought some new games and rolled dice with awesome people too! Then I realised I am glad it happens each year, it's brilliant and a wonderful three days of adventure!
What a fantastic day it's been! Day 3 of the UK Games Expo saw me back once again, running The One Ring for a group that were fantastic! Picked up a new board game that I am intrigued by and generally rounded off another fantastic weekend at a brilliant event! Bring on next year UK Games Expo!
