Rather than getting stuck in tutorial hell again, decided to just stop and build something with Python. Currently building the ugliest personal dashboard known to man, with a weather widget, stock watcher, habit tracker and calendar integration. Finally something useful, built from scratch.
Daily coding learning: - Revising OOP in Python On investigating what languages are popular in London and Python comes up trumps. I’m also peeking into Postgres. I’ve also started learning Japanese. That’s pretty fun.

Over the past few weeks, I've had to admit defeat. I could not maintain a productive learning to code schedule with the hectic holdiay performing schedule that we had and with holiday travel. My brain just couldn't hack it. So I've had to give myself grace. I've not given up. It's just a pause.
Morning friends. It's the last day of the year (or Old Year's Night as we called it in Trinidad) and I've still got two shows to knock out before the clock strikes midnight. Wish me luck!
