Hello friends! I have good news and bad news. Good news, I HAVE A CAR AND IT'S LEGAL! My Mom/sister & I went through hell so she could sell it (long story) but it's finally mine! Bad news: timing. Car registered yesterday, rent due in 1.5 hours. My split pay just allowed me to reapply to pay $336.
No one is universally liked, and I do not intend to be the first. But I like me, and so do the people I love most in this whole world. What better validation than looking yourself in the mirror and feeling peace?
AI sucks ass— It’s designed by fascists whose goal is to extract all value from our lives & enrich themselves with no regard to our quality of life or survival. But generative ai is especially horrid & so is anyone who uses it, because it’s still ruining lives & the planet and it’s UNNECESSARY.
Was gifted a movie afternoon to see Brave New Day and my heart hurts.
