"You know full well I'm not as fast as you." The echidna said with a laugh, continuing to hold her hand for a few more seconds before slowly letting go.
It was one thing to even hear from the shadowy hedgehog, and yet a whole other matter to be directly asked for a meeting, especially for Blaze. The pair weren't often around each other to fraternize, especially with Shadow often disappearing swiftly after all was said and done in those cases.
