Yes, this is the correct question to be asking, because it's telling us a fundamentally more alarming story: Would 10x the missiles do anything for us? It would seem not. If there's any upside to this war it's realizing how unprepared we are for 21st century conflict with nation states.

There's a lot of discourse right now about how we're running out of weapons. People blame poor procurement choices, low stockpiles, corruption etc. But what we are *actually* talking about is "how could we use so many weapons to so little effect" which is a completely different question
