Buckee's (US trademark laws and rulings), get bucked. It takes a certain special kind of stupid to think these logos are similar enough to be mistaken for one another. No cartoon animal store logo is safe. Patronize the defendants in these cases.

Rand Paul's referral of Dr. Fauci to the Just Us Department proves that whatever answers Fauci gave, Paul would prosecute him. If Dr. Fauci were to state that foot-bullets were bad for one's health, Paul would prosecute him for it.

Had a brief respite in temperature and air quality this morning. It was down to "acceptable" so I opened doors and windows to let things cool off. When I sneezed because it was chilly and the air started getting worse, I closed up again. My next house will have HVAC.

Why do we accept JKR's say-so? Someone should write a trans-supportive story about a gynemagus or androgyne (in the sense of lycanthrope) that resolves with the villagers of Hogsmeade and the Headmaster of Hogwarts accepting them and allowing students to eat healthy meals at their quaint inn.

JKR explicitly said she considers anything Potter-related, even fan-made, endorsement of her politics. And every time you engage with this franchise, you signal to the industry that there's still money in it and they should keep pumping out content from full-cast audiobooks to book box partnerships.
