I'm day six into not smoking 🚬 cold 🦃. I don't like to say "I quit" because that implies a nice, neat ending to something. Quitting smoking is very much the beginning of an entirely new way of thinking, behaving, and feeling. I'm staying focused on how my body is healing. The hard part is the mind.
