I haven’t been active very much lately due to a combination of severe GI issues and dislocated ribs and costochondritis causing a fuckton of pain for months but I’m starting to heal finally so I’ll try to be more active That being said don’t dislocate your ribs. It hurts like nothing else.

So I asked the doc who performed my endoscopy and stomach biopsies from the severe gastritis patches if those patches were high in mast cells. originally they just checked for common diseases or issues with 0 results. Surprise surprise there are loads of mast cells on those patches. It’s my MCAS
