A second media source I would recommend for future CA fires is Zeke Lunder at the-lookout.org. His fire experience, fire mapping skills and analysis are all presented in a non political bent. I have learned a lot about fire behavior from his website and you tube updates.

It looks like the horrible LA fires are slowly coming to an end. As a NorCal resident, I would like to recommend a media source for the next large CA fire. The watch duty app is invaluable for evacuation notices and is constantly updated.
