The worst weather I ever dealt with in Korea was 51 days of steady rains. I was lucky enough to be in a city that was built above the floodplains, but it was still a mess. It was Japan where I first felt 40 degree days. I survived with nothing but a good fan, and many mall trips. Taiwan? I died.

This had me thinking about how naive I was when I tried my hand at it. It was never a genre about documenting humanity. It was always poverty porn. Rich art gallery types microscoping people theyd call the cops on if they saw them on their street.

IMO Zyuranger was the start of a long tradition of Ranger series where it was obvious the writing staff were smoking the good stuff. I think the entire thing is on Tubi. Highly recommended.
