as a 21 year old, i cant agree raising the AoC is not the play. increasing whats taught to underage folks, without restricting their freedom, is the ideal move raising the AoC raises the amount of people predators can and will target, while removing freedoms from people that need them too
I actually have no interest in arguing with a stranger who thinks it’s ok to raise the voting age at 8 am (or ever) but just to make my stance clear: restricting the rights of young people does not protect them from predatory practices. it leaves them more vulnerable.
How come being angry makes me hungry afterwards? I’m still a bit peeved, but I’m a lot calmer now
