You were never meant to become what your mind imagined you were ’supposed’ to become. Your true nature was never ahead of you—it was here all along. It is here right now. You are not chasing it. You are it.

Twenty years ago, the only thing that was the same was the presence of it. Now, nothing of it is the same anymore. And yet, it is still the same one thing. Only the expression of it has changed.
The planning of our life, and our specific actions within it, has limits. We cannot know how the weather will be. We cannot know how the real situation will be. We cannot know how we will feel and what we will be inspired in that later moment. Don’t plan yourself into a cage.
Clarity of seeing. Clarity of hearing. Clarity of feeling. Clarity itself.
To accept more and more of the present experience. And to find yourself accepted in it.
At first, meditation gives you a frame to experience the present experience again; a crutch that is guiding you to it. But sooner or later, that frame is seen to be just part of the present experience—not something other. When this is seen, even the words “present experience“ lose their meaning.
The water of life is endlessly flowing While the light of life is endlessly illuminating…
The emotional state of the parents is not the fault of the children. Tell that to the children.
No one can control or distort the ever-present state of authenticity that one is experiencing right now. Your actual authenticity is divinely protected from all forms of mental pressure.
To believe the seeming necessity of self-defensive thoughts is neither necessary nor helpful nor compassionate. Pay no attention to them. You don’t have to defend the truth. Do something positive and helpful instead.
Whether we chose to believe in love or not… It is here. It is always here.
Being together wasting a little time. For nothing. What more could life be all about?
If you are looking for or seeing even the slightest improvability or wrongness in the present experience, you fell prey to ignorant seeking. Your mind will be occupied by endlessly looking for a solution to reality. And if you think that this looking and seeing is wrong, you are in the same trap.
With great confidence the spiritual seeker is seeking what cannot be found. Because what he is looking for is already here right now.
Rest here, in this very moment, and discover: Within this present experience, there is nothing to be done— nothing to improve it, nothing to resist it. This moment needs nothing to become what it already is.
Don’t try to find meaning in this endless, present moment. You will become depressed from seeking it. And your mind will be occupied all the time; endlessly distracted from life.
The depression of the parents has nothing to do with the children. Tell this to the children. Tell this to the parents too. No one is guilty here.
Awareness is never stale; not a millisecond is old of what you are seeing now, hearing now, and feeling now. This moment is the true nature of things; the true nature of that which is experienced.
Are you supposed to live your life “as you are supposed to be living it“, or are you free? And if it is true that you are free, in this very moment: how do you want to live your life right now?
The goal of life is the way you are living it in this very moment. Are you living it inviting- or avoidingly? Are you living it accepting-or rejectingly? Are you living it judgmental- or receivingly? Are you living it hating- or lovingly?
The depression of people says nothing about you, my love.
Healing is to rediscover (in your present experience) that you are free and capable of experiencing absolutely everything in this moment.
Can you live and experience this moment without any judgements of what you are experiencing?
To experience yourself fully, in this body, in this moment, and to discover that none of the sensations are wrong, or threatening, in any way, because they came to be so, and nothing is harmed nor degraded nor violated in any way. Appreciate every bit of your present experience. It is your life.
How deeply can you allow this moment to enter your heart? How deeply can you welcome all that is here—without believing you must shield it, hold it back, or protect yourself from it? What if you simply let it touch you, exactly as it is? Not the slightest fear.
It’s so tragic when a parent’s wishes for their child become so strong that they reject the truth of their child. The child learns to fear being themselves, becoming self-judging and ashamed. The deepest tragedy is when the dream was never about the child, but about the parents’ unmet desires.
To let everything in consciousness be exactas it is, including all sounds, sights, and also all feelings.
