Rooftop solar hardwires into your main panel via a dedicated breaker, so it requires a permit, an installer, an electrician, and a utility agreement. Balcony solar just plugs into a wall outlet, sharing an existing circuit with no permits or rewiring.

I hate that our congressional representatives don't seem to feel or display any sense of outrage about what Trump is doing to our country. They should be fighting every step of the way, every day. But I guess what they're doing now (next to nuttin') is easier.
I kinda dread these kinds of articles the closer we get to midterms. MAGA wants our overconfidence, wants us all to feel that we don't even have to vote to win.
