Identity euphoria absolutely stomps “stranger online doesnt wanna see me” I feel empowered, i feel cute, i feel more sexually confident in myself. Ive found “my lane” & now im just easing into the drive

My life, mind, and emotions are as chaotic as ever. A few wins, some losses, big ups, low downs, and genuine fear on a daily basis. But the big picture gives me real hope, and hope is what I'm surviving on through the hits. I'm on my way, just gotta get from here to there.

Picked up a part-time gig, going back to my foodservice roots. It's low-impact and detached from my identity and self-worth. Looking forward to the experience, though concerned my cognitive and emotional situation could make lunch rush challenging.

Everyone who harasses babyfurs: I am NOT a baby. I am a COOL GROWNUP and I do NOT need mom to pick me up from the cartoon animal party

(Using my sadomasochistic mind control powers to dominate you) I'm gonna make you so much less reactive. You're gonna see other people as peers instead of enemies and learn how to express frustration without lashing out at others and driving everyone away. You fucking slut

My homework is proactively taking note of when I experience any of that. Study it, nurture it, harness it, deploy it on an unsuspecting pop-... Aaanyway. I got one already: I get York-level sensation when someone shares their own "AHA!" moments. I love them so much.

I learned some words today! Mudita: A Buddhist term for taking unselfish joy in the happiness and success of others. Sympathetic Joy: The direct English translation of mudita, describing shared happiness without jealousy.

Juuuust had today's "a-HA!" moment, and it's a doozy. Developing emotional connection with others through their stories, I empathize much deeper through common struggle than shared success. I had far, FAR more experience with struggle to empathize with. I didn't know how to "connect" with success.
