AI customer service will make us crazy. I got caught up in a problem with an AI agent that I thought was actually human. It upset me and disrupted my equilibrium. I was expecting a human response, so was confused, then realized it was AI agents responding to my communications. I felt duped.
It’s hard to hear BlueSky is now just another venture capital project. I understand why but it’s depressing. With everything so in chaos the news hit hard. We the people have so much potential that is just squandered and stolen for capitalism.
