It's been only 9 days since my last official day at work. My sleep has gotten way better. Instead of 4-5 hours a night it's more like 5hrs one night then 10hrs the next night. I'm firmly on the path to recovery!

I quit my job! I am going to take a career break from the corporate soul sucking grind. I'm going to be patient with myself and heal but I am so excited to grow into a less depressed and better person. I want to rekindle my passions and connections. 💙 For now: Off to camping on Trillium Lake!
