Portable Sherlock Holmes Mystery - Molly Hooper's laboratory edition. On the body is Sherlock's riding crop, and below is a brain in a pan. Made for one of the organizers of 221b-con to thank them for such a good time! @johannadc.bsky.social #sherlockholmes #miniatures #laboratory

Portable Sherlock Holmes Mystery - BBC Sherlock Christmas edition! #miniatures #sherlockholmes #sherlock #art

@johannadc.bsky.social Got my piece done for the 221b-con auction! The chairs are to display a rotating choice of Holmes/Johnlock themed minis. There will be doors added eventually. Should I make an inventory so ppl know what everything is? #sherlockholmes

Portable #SherlockHolmes Mystery - "Three Garridebs." Made by request for someone on Tumblr. If you would like a FREE Sherlock Holmes miniature, my request window is open atm! Just let me know your favorite story and I'll put you on the list! #miniatures #victorian #dollhouse

Portable #SherlockHolmes Mystery - "The Empty House." Clockwise from upper left: Ronald Adair's murder scene, Watson's office, Reichenbach falls, the sitting room of 221b. The missing drawers are up top with scenes in them, so this one requires assembly. #miniatures #art #booksky

Portable Sherlock Holmes Mystery - The Hound of the Baskervilles. The moor is on the bottom, the middle is Holmes's hut on the tor, and the background is his silhouette against the moon. #sherlockholmes #miniatures #art

I opened my shop for requests and have one slot left on my list (I only take 13 at a time so I don't get overwhelmed.) So if anyone would like a free #SherlockHolmes miniature, let me know your favorite story and I will make you one! I don't accept money but do accept art/gifts in exchange. ☺️

Portable Sherlock Holmes Mystery - "The Illustrious Client." I made the Turkish bath from the opening scene, this one was particularly fun! #sherlockholmes #miniatures #dollhouse #art #booksky #crafts

In progress: The Hound of the Baskervilles! The moor and dog will be in the bottom, the second tier will be Holmes's hut up on the Tor, and a collage of the moon rising will be in the lid. Hoping I can pull it off, it's a bit ambitious! #sherlockholmes #miniatures #dollhouse #art #booksky

Portable Sherlock Holmes Mystery - "The Yellow Face." Was fun to make a kid's scene, especially the little school desk. Clues include a twice-mended pipe, a mask, a glove, a check for £100, and a photo locket. #sherlockholmes #miniatures #art #dollhouse #victorian

@shambhavi-batchick.bsky.social made me this amazing Calvin & Hobbies painting in exchange for a Portable #SherlockHolmes Mystery and i love it so much! I still relate to Calvin as a 48-yr old, and when we get the blanket fort moved and set up I'll post another pic for you! Thanks so much!!! ❤️❤️

I made a video tour of one of my recent Portable Sherlock Holmes Mysteries to show a little bit more about how they work. This is "The Adventure of the Mazarin Stone." Hope it's alright. #SherlockHolmes #miniatures #dollhouse #art

Portable Sherlock Holmes Mystery - "A Scandal in Bohemia!" The painting on the wall opens to reveal a secret compartment where Adler stashed her photo and compromising letters, and Watson's smoke rocket is on the floor! #SherlockHolmes #miniatures #art #fanart #victorian

A one-off Sherlock Holmes Advent calendar! Each day has an individual miniature clue, and I made a little pedestal on top for displaying the clue of the day. It was fun selecting the images. (Jeremy Brett is in there, @bluecheesier.bsky.social!) #sherlockholmes #miniatures #advent

Watson's Tin Box of evidence mentioned in THOR, made by request. I tried to make little, incidental items Watson might have saved, like a fishing lure from SHOS and the cylinder/note from GLOR. Used a real pocket book for the paper clues. #sherlockholmes #miniatures

Portable Sherlock Holmes Mystery - "The Valley of Fear." I just focused on the part of the book which features Holmes. I enjoyed being able to add Watson's umbrella, ❤️ me some Watson! #SherlockHolmes #art #miniatures #fanart

My Watson and I just finished reading this together and it was delightful! The characters of Bertha Cool and Donald Lam are so fun, and the mysteries are nifty. Short and sweet. #booksky #mysteries

@hannahstohelit.bsky.social I already love that Reggie Fortune makes puppets - how fun would it be to make a puppet show series for his character? Make all the stuff one would need to put on a puppet show about the story...🤔🤔😁

"The Adventure of the Dying Detective" in miniature. Claimed by someone on Tumblr. Shame on Holmes for terrorizing Watson and Mrs. Hudson, but I love this story. #SherlockHolmes #art #miniatures #booksky #victorian #dollhouse

@hannahstohelit.bsky.social I made this playlist of suspenseful music from old movies to accompany cozy vintage mysteries and I thought I'd share it. It's instrumental so not distracting. ☺️ #booksky #mysteries #music #playlist

Agatha Christie (Immersive Reading)

open.spotify.com

the telescope fish glides, its eyes like haunted lanterns bulging from its skull. Translucent, ghostly, it drifts through the midnight zone, 6,000 feet below, where pressure crushes bones to whispers. Its gaze, unnaturally forward, locks onto fleeting shadows—prey or phantoms, who can say?

What non- #SherlockHolmes stories/characters could I also make miniature? Some characters I've been thinking about are #SolarPons, #Raffles, #ArseneLupin, and #NeroWolfe, but I'm crowd-sourcing to get more ideas. Have any suggestions? #art #miniatures #mysteries #detective

Another enjoyable cozy mystery from Mignon Eberhart - she reads like a more well-written Agatha Christie to me, I've become quite a fan. #booksky #mysteries

Portable #SherlockHolmes Mystery - "The Man with the Twisted Lip" is complete, claimed by someone on Tumblr. I added Holmes's pillow fort on top, extra clues in the drawer at the bottom. Used some paper from 1901! #miniatures #art #hobbies #booksky #mysteries #crafting #neurospicy

Got the terraced bunks built in the opium den, the charcoal brazier and stool where Holmes sat will be in the middle. Nothing is glued yet, it still needs to be painted/detailed. Still available to a loving Sherlockian home! #SherlockHolmes #miniatures #art #fanart #victorian

Portable #SherlockHolmes Mystery in progress - "The Man with the Twisted Lip." Opium den will be on the bottom, room where Neville disappeared up top. This is free for the taking! #miniatures #art #dollhouse #victorian

Portable Sherlock Holmes Mystery - RDJ adaptation edition. This person wanted lots of plants! They still got a historic illustration, idc what their favorite version is, I can only go so far outside the canon! #sherlockholmes #miniatures #art #dollhouse

My first 21st century #SherlockHolmes miniature is complete! Not much difference, really, except that modern binocular microscope - OOF! 😆 Made by request for someone on Tumblr. #miniatures #dollhouse #johnlock #sherlock #art #hyperfixation

Portable Sherlock Holmes Mystery in progress - my first scene from the BBC version. I'm presently layering in the clutter! #SherlockHolmes #miniatures #art #johnlock

@cress221.bsky.social sent me these badass #SherlockHolmes radio drama cassettes in exchange for a box, and I'm very excited to listen to them (in the blanket fort, obvi, where all of my Holmes memorabilia goes!) Thank you!!
