The problem isn't so much that Trump and Hegseth are incapable of learning from history, the problem is that they believe they are smarter than anyone in history.

June 19th she called it a "deliberate act" of destruction, calling the incident "anarchy" and stating that he "woefully destroyed property". She should apologize and resign, if she had an ounce of integrity.

I think there is little doubt that Trump's COVID response hurt him in the 2020 election, so it's odd that Republicans are choosing this as a distraction just before another election.
