SPPD's intentions aside, I want a mayor who has enough awareness to not place themselves in situations that can be weaponized by an adversarial department. Rule number one is if you're the mayor, act like the fucking mayor. Maybe don't go to the cop gym and reenact a scene from Porky's.

It's funny to see this because a common way to practice being a better writer is to deliberately write something in a different writer's voice. It's an exercise to make you aware of cadence and word choice. Eventually, you start to see your own work with that different lens.
