Not the best photo, but the flavor I’m obsessed with these days is Cambodian Kroueng-lemongrass, galangal, garlic, lime, fish sauce, turmeric. Marinated kalbi cut short ribs and they’re just unholy delicious.
It poured today. My vegetables are coming in, and I’m gonna have to pull a bunch of these and ripen them on the counter before they spilt from the water.

Gonna make this summer sandwich. Full homemade focaccia w/garden basil, thyme, marinated roasted eggplant from the garden, artichoke hearts, heirloom tomatoes, eggplant parm, fresh mozzarella, reduced balsamic, olive oil from my mom. Gonna throw it in the oven and press it and it’ll be the best.
Making a Gorgonzola/fig focaccia. Using my trusty recipe, I jostled it too much but it still tastes fantastic.
Alright. Time to go cosplay at Home Depot for half an hour.
