Happy to finally share what I've been working on along with my amazing coworkers! youtu.be/mfBg8TQQrCQ

having too much fun modelling!

Evergreen.

This is Sektori! A twin-stick shooter I've been making (and documenting the journey) since April 2021. And it finally launched TODAY on Steam, PS5 and Xbox! Here's a fresh launch trailer, all shares highly appreciated. More game info in replies. #indiegame #ps5 #xbox #steam #indiedev #gamedev

Only three days to go until Sektori! #screenshotsaturday

we used to have these "Pajatso"s all over gas stations and shops in Finland until mid 2000's, but then they disappeared. Im learning #Godot once again during weekends, so this one is not fully functional yet, but I'm all ready calling it Pajatro. #gamedev #indiedev #screenshotsaturday #pajatso

finally got this done, just after changing once again how the actual products are beign handled. Now the only thing is to figure out a good looking texture to visualize direction of conveyors.. #screenshotsaturday #screenshotsunday #gamedev #indiedev #automation

slowly getting more processes involved! #gamedev #indiedev #automation

slowly carving out things and details. I'm nearly proud of my current state of UI and how ugly it can be ✨ #gamedev #indiedev #automation #screenshotsaturday

finally getting in some limitations and requirements working, starts to feel like a game. Also fairly hooked on Balatro OST #gamedev #indiedev #automation

ahh, first accidental systemic sorting mechanism! And it works! #gamedev #indiedev #automation

im currently just sorting 3 items into three outputs by sifting and rotating objects to not fall through sifter. It's barebones and minimal interaction, but getting really fun #gamedev #indiedev #screenshotsaturday

its been auroras for almost a month straight during my midnight walks with dogs, but today the whole sky turned green

rewrote plenty of stuff on this and finally its working as it should be! Now its possible to place bigger pieces and stack things on them #gamedev #indiedev #screenshotsaturday

oh well, back to square one

I mean, not like I knew what kind of day it would be #gamedev #indiedev #b3d

did a small update on the showreel once again, now including stuff from 2024-25! 🚙 #gamedev #indiedev youtu.be/nT6IU9aaEzE

sue me #gamedev #indiedev

also really happy that the grip and force directions are working with contact areas! #gamedev #indiedev #screenshotsaturday

more intense high speed action #gamedev #indiedev #screenshotsaturday

finally getting things better at higher speeds! #gamedev #indiedev

lately I've been thinking about this western fantasy pseudo-Japan, imaginary culture and its landscapes. Considering I've somewhat taken part in it, its disturbing me more and more.

ive been thinking about Nightcage board game too much #gamedev #indiedev

if publishers want to fund the next balatro or the next stardew valley they need to pay the women who supported these guys while they worked on the game for nothing

Bruno Dies@brunodias.dev · 2y ago

Publisher bizdev people at events like GDC and Dice trying to sign "the next balatro" should realize that, statistically, the developer of "the next Balatro" you need to be talking to isn't at GDC or Dice talking to bizdev guys seeking 2m+ in funding

what if... slot cars? We tested this online and it worked really smoothly, this could work! #gamedev #indiedev #slotcars

building physical things like shelves can be really rewarding, reminds me why I studied furniture design.

how do you think, is this world space chat practical enough? I enjoy the fact that it happens so locally, what makes also players to remain in same region #gamedev #indiedev
