The comments have some crazy ideas about how this works... Hooking up our Hyundai Ioniq 5 to our SigEnergy DC V2X means we can power the whole house for days at the maximum 10kW of the inverter. Then fill it back up again when the sun shines.

Our refrigerator and freezer have been running off of our car for 36 hrs now. That used 17% of the battery. It's good for a couple more days before it could use a recharge, should we still be out. EVs are more than mobility. They are also resilience.
