I have since seen multiple images & videos of other animals with short spine syndrome, & they all have either no tails or a small nub of a tail where there should be a long one. So I'm gonna assume it's a short spine syndrome thing.

Possible unpopular opinion, but I'm convinced TikTok has ruined the art of dancing. It's been reduced to hand movement with zero foot movement. I somewhat get that the point of TikTok "dances" were to be easily imitated by others, but it seems to have killed choreography as a whole.
