Hello! Sorry for the silence! Had some personal stuff come up, but 1.1.0 is still on for a release very soon (hopefully in the next few weeks!), and the art book is done! We're getting it ready for digital distribution atm but will update you as soon as we can!

We are back in action after a bit of a delay, and ready to do a livestream playthrough/Q&A of #theislandofdoctormorose Well, Octo is, anyway! Tomorrow starting at 1:30pm MDT!
Everyone's least favorite enemy, the spider things! Don't worry, we'll (probably) adjust the hitboxes a bit in 1.1.0. We never released this lore card prior to the game's release, so here it is now! Play #theislandofdoctormorose today on Steam!
Work continues on the art book for #theislandofdoctormorose, as well as new content for the game (v1.1.0), and preperations for the livestream Q&A on the Square Butterfly Interactive channel! In the meantime, happy pride month to all our LGBTQ+ fans and friends. We hope you all feel loved and seen!
When we started development, our sales goal was 500 copies. Now, only 15 days after launch, #theislandofdoctormorose has sold DOUBLE that. We can't thank you enough for your support of our very first #indiegame but we CAN give you a hint about what's coming in the next #update . Stay tuned!
Version 1.0.7 is going live now! Fixes include a (hopeful) fix for the Black Screen of Death bug, a fix to a bug which made the originally intended worst ending inaccessible, and a few other stability changes. More news coming soon!
The cause of the black screen issue has been determined (we think). Now we can fix it, hooray!
