This has been such a crazy and awesome year for me gaming wise! Legacy of Kain Defiance remaster, Fatal Frame 2 remake, a new mainline Neptunia game, a new .hack game, and now a Blue Reflection collection! Only way this can get better is a Parasite Eve remake.

I’m so, so, so, SO HAPPY to see this! I love Blue Reflection and I am going to be buying this day 1! I don’t care how much this costs! These games are so underrated!

You know with Rainbow Six Siege having Sam Fisher from Splinter Cell and now Solid Snake from Metal Gear Solid as playable characters, Ubisoft could do something amazing and complete the holy trinity by adding Gabe Logan from Syphon Filter.

Tried out the Marathon Server Slam demo test thing. Game was alright, I like the visuals with the sci-fi cybernetics aesthetic and the music tracks I’ve listened to are really good. Some of the lore cutscenes reminded me of the 2012 Syndicate game.

Now that we got a new Legacy of Kain remaster and a new game, as well as a new .hack game, the only way 2026 can continue to surprise me is if Square Enix suddenly announced a Parasite Eve remake or new game, or if Gust announced a new Blue Reflection game.

This is probably one of the best days ever because a new .hack game was finally announced. I’ve waited so many years for a new game in the franchise. I’ve been a huge .hack fan ever since I was a little kid and I saw .hack//SIGN on Toonami years ago. I can’t wait for this new game!

Played a few hours of 2XKO. Honestly a pretty solid 2V2 fighting game! I had fun with it and surprisingly had fun playing against other players in casual mode matches. Might keep it installed and keep playing it. So far my two favorite characters to use are Ahri and Vi.

Was in a D&D mood and recently bought Neverwinter Nights 2 Enhanced Edition. Never played any of the old D&D games so excited to try this one. Comes with all 3 expansions with combined with the base game is like over a 100 hours of content. It also apparently uses the D&D 3.5 Edition ruleset too.

Just beat Demon’s Souls Remake for the first time. Definitely the easiest of the souls games that FromSoft has made in my personal opinion. Only 6 bosses in the entire game killed me while every other boss including the final boss I beat on the first try (1/2)
