Today is #CustodianAppreciationDay. I’m the son of a custodian. My dad worked long hours, starting before the sun came up & finishing after everyone else had gone home. Custodians do more than clean. They create safe, welcoming environments. They show up, day after day, with resilience & grace.

Apparently, I have been mispronouncing "cavern" and hence "tavern" incorrectly my whole life. Cav-ern not Cav-ren. 🤔
