Millfields Users Group is holding its annual plant stall in South Millfields Park (opp Millfields Coffee) on Sunday. Come along and pick-up herbs, climbers, fruit bushes, house plants, ground cover, shrubs…. All proceeds go to the free, community, Tree Circle Cinema.

We had a great Partnership Launch with Hillier’s last week and we can't wait to share Tree growing & Tree caring knowledge with them. We had the perfect weather to plant some of HIllier's trial climate resistant trees on the marshes, the wonderful artist Stik came along to plant one of the trees.

At the Nursery we have been doing seed identification, separation & sorting. Including the Pride of India - Koelreuteria paniculata, Liquidambar - styraciflua & the Common Alder - Alnus glutinosa. Soaking in the bowl are Algerian oak - Quercus canariensis Photos by Pete Burke #nationaltreeweek
