The last handful of days have been great for new music releases for me specifically. We really got albums from the two greatest living songwriters (Seiko Oomori and Rivers Cuomo) less than a week apart from each other. Incredible stuff.

Just got home from seeing @alyankovic.bsky.social live! He and his band killed it up there. Exactly as fun a show as you'd expect out of him. Good stuff.
Got notified that my copy of Splatoon Raiders arrived but I can't play it yet because I'm at work >_<
What I just did to log in to PayPal: 1) Type email address 2) Get text with one-time passcode; input code So far, so good. This is all pretty standard. After verifying that passcode: 3) Get email with different one-time passcode; input code Okay. Guess we're doing 3-factor authentication now.
Finished my first successful Side Order run with the Slosher of all weapons. Probably the last weapon I would've expected to win with. Anyway, I'm still having a lot of fun with it and intend on going for more clears with more weapons while I wait for Raiders to come out. Good stuff.
It's good to know that the Splatoon playerbase hasn't changed in the time I've been away...
I haven't been watching Love Island but is it true that they put them on the island and give them various incentives to murder each other and after every murder a class trial is held and if they can catch the murderer only the killer is executed but if they can't everyone else is executed instead
