Had a bit of a scare with my dog today. He got into a couple of my Nanaimo Bars (pic for non-Canadians) which has chocolate. 😱 Called the vet for advice. Based on his size and the amount he ingested they figured he would be okay but to be on the safe side suggested we get him to throw up.

Played a couple of hours of WoW Forever Beta. Was so fun to see so many people running around. Reached level 7 on a gnome priest. Died a few times to respawns in caves. So much sitting and drinking. 🤣

Why is my brain like this?! For the last 9+ months I have been hyper fixated on reading. Every chance I got I read. I have read about 90 books since the beginning of the year. I decided out of the blue to watch the Blizzcon opening ceremony and now my brain won't stop thing of WoW Forever.

Who will be checking out World of Warcraft Forever? Will you be playing once it releases in November? I will be! I am super excited!

I have to go back to work tomorrow. 😢 I have been off for the last 2 weeks and I don't wanna got back. 😭

My daughter got me a Chapters gift card for Christmas. I used it yesterday to get 4 Classic box sets. One of my goals in 2026 is to read some Classics. Now I have a lot to choose from. 😊

Got a replacement library card today. As she was passing me my new card I remember that it comes with a keychain fob version. 💡 Sure enough when I left the library and looked at my keychain, I had my old library card fob on it. 🤦‍♀️ My husband just shook his head at me when I told him. 🤣

Since I don't work again until the New Year I will do a bit of streaming during the day over the next couple of weeks. This coming week I will be checking out Blue Protocol, singing some Christmas carols on Christmas Eve (if I don't chicken out 🤣) and the usual Final Fantasy XIV on the weekend.

My 26 books in 2026 list including 12 Classics I want to read. 😊 I also made a book discussion channel in my discord. *reposted without the hashtag because yikes! 🤣
