Started a new project this week. I usually start with the back end, the core of what it “does”, to know that I can get that working before hooking up to a UI. This time I’m building the front end out fully before I touch the back. Feels good. How do you organise your time when building full stack?

MRR is bullshit. I could hit $100k MRR in a month if I wanted to. But I don’t — because I can’t afford it. How? I’d build an API that undercuts OpenAI’s by 20%, eat the cost difference, and boom — $100k MRR. MRR means nothing unless you share your costs. #buildInPublic

I'd pay $9.99 per month for a whatsapp feature which prevents people sending me voicenotes

🚨🚨🚨Launch alert!!! *Bookmarking has come to Bluesky* I started the week planning to build some Bluesky bots as a learning exercise. But it quickly became clear that (for now) there is a real need for a proper bookmarking solution. Fast forward and I'm pleased to release the beta of @bookmarkth.is

I'm on a mission to create old twitter style Bluesky bots. Came back from the pub last night and made 5 O'Clock Somewhere bot. Didn't have time to properly test it as it was 2am, so chucked the code up and went to bed. Woke up this morning and it's been posting overnight 🔥 bsky.app/profile/5-o-...

Above all, it's just nice not to be asked my date of birth every time I log in

Bots are back ! I've cleared the next week to see how many Bluesky bots I can ship. Was planning to start on Monday but I'm home at 10pm on a Saturday night and I've had just enough 🍻 to be dangerous. Let's go !

Is this the worst UI of the modern age?
