A US city has effectively banned data centers for the first time. St. Charles, Missouri has changed their land use rules so that data centers cannot be built. The change is indefinite, and to build data centers in St. Charles the land uses rules would need to change again.
So for all the Massie race watchers (I'm so surprised at the loss, gasp) do we still need to give feet massages to republicans so they like us orrr....

Hawai’i just passed a bill that undermine Citizens United. The bill establishes corporations as “artificial persons” without the right to spend money on elections. The bill could limit the influence of super PACs and be a model to challenge the influence of money in politics.
When we took office, NYC had a $12B deficit. Today it’s zero. And we didn’t close that gap on the backs of working people. We closed it while funding parks, libraries, safer streets, & public housing. Call it Pothole Politics or Democratic Socialism: We are government that delivers for the people.

He had one job per his presidential oath of office and his constitutional mandate to ensure laws are faithfully executed. His priorities were out of whack because he was an old school work across the aisle guy when all those norms were gone. Nice guy who didn’t grasp the gravity of the moment.
