I’m seeing Jejune & Ethel Meserve with my 17 year old tonight and I’m so excited! I was a big fan when I was younger, so it was wild to see her discover them via social media and tell ME about the show (asking if I had ever heard of them 😂) Props to Numero Group for ensuring this music lives on!
I now fervently believe this. Relatedly, I think celebrating good news and embracing joy are equally radical. You have to remember what you’re fighting for. We cannot sustainably organize around sorrow.
