Eventually, the #SEAMS2025 proceedings are now available in the IEEE digital libraries (links in the comments). Soon, they should also be online at ACM. For some reason, SEAMS is labeled as a symposium and not as a conference in the libraries and proceedings. I'm currently trying to fix this.

All @acm.org publications will be 100% Open Access as of January 2026. When we announced this at POPL and CHI this year, conference participants spontaneously erupted in applause. The CS community is excited about ACM's move to OA!

ICSE, the IEEE/ACM International Conference on Software Engineering, is the premier software engineering conference. It will be held April 27-May 3 2025 in Ottawa. Core conference days will be Wednesday April 30 to Friday May 2. conf.researchr.org/home/icse-2025

PSA: if LLMs can memorize bug benchmarks (see awesome paper by @clegoues.bsky.social & co) they can also leak paper drafts and reviews! So if you are a reviewer, don't upload the papers you are reviewing, or confidential portions of your reviews, into any LLM that doesn't guarantee confidentiality.
