Had a focaccia baking extravaganza on Friday, with @jastes.ginandtonicstudios.ca @tonicyeen.bsky.social et al. ‘More-Italian’ flat capsicum and capers one, puffy soft Greek toppings one, and high-temp baked crisp crust tomato/onion/rosemary one! Very yummy with oil and balsamic to dip! ❤️
