We've seen an increase in spam bots working their way around regular honeypot form protections lately, mostly sending random gibberish (what's the point?). What do you use for effective antispam protection on #laravel forms?

Laravel 12.x pro tip. Instead of registering all routes in the same file, you can just pass an array of web-related routes to application's "withRouting" bootstrapping method. Also works for API routes 😀

They say the more the merrier, so Toon’s got two new associates; Julien, Operations Director. He does backflips so that projects run smoothly and on time. Adrien, Technical Director. He whacks his hands on the keyboard until everything works. Can't go wrong with these three 🥹

One thing I don't get about the mandatory switch to PEPPOL: there's no free basic access. I’m fine with paying for added value (easy setup, etc.), but if it's required by law, there should be a zero-cost path. I should be able to run my own access point with just time and effort.

Huge thanks to everyone for showing up, we're really happy with how it went! 🧠 Congratulations to all the quiz winners Special thanks to NativePHP for sponsoring our first event! Next event is on June 19th, hope to see you there! 👉 RSVP here: eventy.io/events/5pgy8...

I'm a speaker at the next #PHPAntwerp event on March 27th, next week! At the @spatie.be headquarters, no less 😱 I'll be talking about a design pattern that's been really great for building large-scale Laravel apps (using @hiker.dev). Can't wait 🤓

Is there an easy way to store blade components in a modular directory structure? For instance, for a monolith with a website and an app, I'd like to store components under "website/components" instead of "components/website". This does not seem to be possible out of the box? #laravel

It's that time of the year again, days before a new Laravel release, and you're wondering "should I wait a bit before I start hacking on that new side-project"? Well, since Laravel 12 is supposed to be the simplest upgrade ever, I guess we'll just go ahead... and ship? 😁

Glad to see some repositories emerging, inspired by @hiker.dev 🙂 💡 Remember, there are 2 distinctive parts to Hiker: the flows pattern (as a standalone package called "Trail") and a modern UI automatically reacting in real time to these flows. Keen to check it out? Request an access token! 🙏

It's been amazing to see people's reactions to @hiker.dev so far, and we've barely scratched the surface. There's a lot more to it than the simple demo app we've shared. If you'd like your own early-access holographic license, get in touch! We'd love to hear your feedback.
