The Tubilly Lake, SK tornado today that we made an @otusproject.bsky.social intercept on… after getting stranded with a broken engine on the way last night and then pulling an all-nighter to make the chase today, what a payoff!

An awe-inspiring and scary supercell bearing down on us on June 6, 2025 outside Spearman, TX. We were stuck in the mud at this time - we managed to get unstuck and flee only seconds before massive hail arrived.

I’ve always told people not to call me meteorologist - the title is earned through the hard work of completing the degree. Starting today that is no longer the case! Thank you to everyone who helped and supported me to reach this incredible milestone!

With graduation from Millersville University coming up, I’m honored to share that earlier this spring I accepted a graduate school offer at the Atmospheric Science program at Texas Tech, and will continue exploring tornado winds. I look forward to beginning this fall!
