I regret not doing as much VR as I wanted to during this time off. However, I'll be on tomorrow night for Stage Flight, then I'll pop to a VR meet on Sunday. Then I might spend Monday night doing my own thing in VR before I go back to work the following day.
Got annoyed last night because I tried out Cobblemon. I picked my starter (Mudkip) and just wandered, trying to understand the controls while friends just did their own thing. I caught a couple more 'mon, but while stuck in a battle screen I died to a Zombie. I quit out in frustration.
Nobody asked people like you to set the world on fire but that's what you're doing.

Hi I'm a AAA dev who is now indie. It's a depressing time, and it would be uplifting to see games industry folks boycott The Game Awards. Later this year Geoff is going to be handing awards to people who literally use plagiarism machines, after unheard of layoffs. Please just don't go.

I will be dropping gumroad support entirely in the near future. More to come as I sort things out.

I only have it because of my VR headset, but still, took the appropriate steps to make sure it was secure. I can tell they sold my data because of all the spam/scam I get with that account's username attached to it.
Dear artists, You NEED to keep in contact with your commissioners. That's right, all of them. If they paid you money, you MUST communicate with them and tell them what's going on. You cannot just ghost someone for months and months after promising a quick turnaround and expect them to be happy!
Always makes me frown when a nice guy gets to know you and starts flirting with you, and you think "ah yeah maybe they're the one" and then suddenly you find out they have a partner. I flirt with my friends, but maybe help me keep my expectations in check first before I feel like you're fair game?

You know, I never thought to suggest that if my fursona is in a scenario where it's sunny out that I should have darkened lenses, as my specs are transitions, and they react to UV rays to lessen the brightness of the sun when outdoors. It never occured to me to ask for it when that happens.

Browsing for a new desk as I'll be doing a much needed room rearrangement next Saturday, and I want to have my new desk ready so it can be set up on the same day. The one I have is - and always has been - far too big and I just lack the space. I've had it for a few years now.

I probably don't have a good singing voice by professional standards but I sure do love to sing when I've got the house to myself.
I tried a game called Security 51 last night, which is one of those Papers, Please types of games where you have to check over someones papers before you allow them in, but with the added challenge of identifying if they have anomalies where you should turn them away or let them in without question.
Can't seem to sleep. I just feel like I'm on the verge of an anxiety attack. Heart's pumping rapidly like something is wrong, and my mind is racing as if on alert. Trying to calm down but the usual methods aren't easing it.
Probably gonna vibe in VR tonight as I'm not really doing anything later.
