Algorithmic pricing comes to the news business — just got this renewal notice from nj.com that my $130 annual renewal cost was set personally for me. What are other people being charged?

Huge about-face. After buying warehouses with tax dollars, at inflated prices, ICE will now try to dump them. Documents obtained by @haleaziz.bsky.social show that a NJ warehouse slated to become a 1,500-bed detention center is on the offload list. www.nytimes.com/2026/06/18/u...
