Algorithmic pricing comes to the news business — just got this renewal notice from nj.com that my $130 annual renewal cost was set personally for me. What are other people being charged?

“The Roxbury warehouse is a logistics center fit for packages, not thousands of people," the guv and AG say in a statement. “This isn’t a partisan issue and we're grateful for our partnership with the Roxbury community as we keep DHS’s feet to the fire to ensure this facility is never opened.”

Huge about-face. After buying warehouses with tax dollars, at inflated prices, ICE will now try to dump them. Documents obtained by @haleaziz.bsky.social show that a NJ warehouse slated to become a 1,500-bed detention center is on the offload list. www.nytimes.com/2026/06/18/u...
