The uproar over having a female lead in a God of War game is so embarrassingly, exhaustingly predictable. No one at SMS is listening to your rage and thinking “Uh oh, what have we done?!” You’re just doing laps in the kiddie pool at this point, guys. Move on.
Went to my first LAFC game yesterday and very much enjoyed it. We won (after a string of surprising losses)! They scored with 5 minutes left in the second half. Some pleasantly high stakes.

The big difference between Pokopia and Animal Crossing is when I play AC I walk around in a calm, zen state, and when I play Pokopia I’m constantly stressed (in a good way) seeing all the projects I need to start or finish. When will it end!? 😆
If you like some comedy sprinkled on your horror sundae, don’t skip Widow’s Bay on Apple+. It walks a wobbly tightrope of jokes and scares and makes it look easy. Not parody, but not too serious. A rare feat. 4 out of 10 episodes out so far. I’m LOVING it.

I’m trying to judge this like it’s a trailer for a new game in the series, versus something that needs to remind me of stories I’ve already been told. And as such, yeah, I’d play the hell out of this.

I recently revisited the 90s TMNT movies (with Milo). They still absolutely rock, but one thing that stood out was how underutilized Leonardo is. I feel the 3 others get more of a unique voice, but Leo’s just kinda “there.” Especially in the sequel. Ralph is almost the main character.
I was holding off on getting a Switch 2 but the EZA community would have none of it. During our anniversary fundraiser they got me one. Tomorrow at 2 PM PT I’m unboxing it, then streaming Pokopia for 4 hours. Join me!
