As a freaky little insomniac I've ended up often listening to the early silent hill soundtracks to sleep and now have the new unfortunate gameplay problem of every time I go to play silent hill townfall getting incredibly sleepy

I think you always have to pick something to be new at. The second you start getting good, you gotta have something else going on that you're bad at. Can't have unobtainable lacanian desires if all you every want is to learn the next step on everything and know it's never the end of your growth.

You have to be nice about the pins I designed or I'll combust
What's a Melbourne International Games Week without a without a few new pins? This year, GCAP has a commemorative GCAP pin for our 20th anniversary. Pins are only available to GCAP attendees - swing by the rego desk to collect. Thank you EA Firemonkeys for the lanyards! https://ow.ly/feSK50ZSX4L
Getting into black and white film on the new (old) canon my husband got me for my birthday.
This will be my 8th GCAP I've worked on! Every year it's exciting and terrifying and invigorating to release into the world, exactly the same as the very first time. Each year is new delights, new challenges, new speakers. It never gets old. I hope you like it and we do the 20th year justice.
Celebrating its 20th anniversary, GCAP returns with an ambitious program which aims to strengthen the games sector by connecting devs and their teams with the knowledge, technical skills and meaningful business relationships their studios need. Full schedule and tickets: https://ow.ly/Njn950ZxZza
Getting into sprocket experiments watch out or I'll take a long and slightly underdeveloped photo of you
haters will say I keep disappearing into the trees (they're right)
Good news: I got into film photography, with the knowledge that I'd probably not get very many good shots and the acceptance that it'd take time and to not rush into it. Bad news: I got (to me) wonderful shots and now have about 10 more rolls of film These are shot on a minolta 7s with 100iso
I hate it when people start a post with "A lot of people have been asking me..." But A LOT OF PEOPLE have been asking me if they can pitch to CONTINUE and the answer is absolutely YES. What are we looking for? 1. Your dream story, your best story 2. The story only you can write
We have pitches open with space for a story (or two) in our first issue. We're keen to highlight voices who have only a few bylines, but we also want your absolute best ideas. Read some great pitches already, thanks for sending them in! Our pitches form is here: forms.gle/JBRL6qQawMQM...

I think it's about 10 years since I published my last zine. I'm occasionally delighted and very flattered to find out that some are still floating around out in the wild

In Adelaide some very kind people let me practice headshots! 🥰 It was a huge amount of fun, I learnt a lot and I got to make a lot of people smile. Shot on Fujifilm tx-30ii.
LATE SAGE POSTING??? It was my first time in Adelaide and everyone was incredibly helpful at showing me around! The showcase itself was expertly put together. I came away with so many photos, new friends, a list of games to watch out for, and a very sunburnt nose.
The seagulls in fed square are free to take if you're willing to commit the ultimate sin of chasing your dreams
Find me at #FACT26 at ACMI over the next few days! I'm eating popcorn at the back as silently as humanly possible.
I'm back in Melbourne after SAGE and tbh what an absolute banger of a showcase. Perfectly laid out, well designed, plenty of places to hang and chat, and robust aircon while I slowly melted into a puddle. Keen to get back next year
