Does anyone have any tips to help OCD flare ups? Mine get pretty bad. I was in a constant checking/worrying loop for 12 hours one day and it was exhausting
Working hard on comms now!!! Been super mentally ill lately cos found out my bed has fiberglass in it and i found some shiny stuff all over the floor under the bed I think it's just polyester shedding but I bothered my bed company and I'm getting a brand new bed cos it was under warranty :) tehe
