Todd Blanche should NEVER be confirmed as Permanent AG: He openly admitted during his confirmation hearing he believes in the "unitary executive", the DOJ is part of the Executive brach, and will do whatever Trump asks without question. He was in charge of the totally botched Epstein files.

Todd Blanche never met with Epstein’s victims He met with Ghislaine Maxwell instead So Congress passed a law forcing DOJ to release all the Epstein files. Blanche appears to be in violation of that law Yet many of the MAGA Senators who voted for this bill will support Blanche for Attorney General

Thomas Massie has announced he'll introduce the Epstein Files Transparency Act II, a bill to give state AGs, DAs, 'authorized state officers,' and victims the right to sue DOJ for "unlawfully withholding, redacting, delaying, concealing, removing, or failing to publish Epstein-related records."
