A proposed rule would let political appointees override scientific peer review — deciding which federal research grants get funded based on politics, not merit. Nearly 500K public comments flooded in, overwhelmingly opposed.

On Friday night, TAG stood alongside our partners at the @nycaidsmemorial.bsky.social for a candlelight vigil, rally, march, and die in. The event marked HIV/AIDS Long-Term Survivors Awareness Day and commemorates a solemn milestone: the 45th anniversary of the CDC’s first report on the epidemic.
