Just saw a sign on westbound 394 that said: Louisiana Avenue 900 feet I can’t recall ever seeing a distance in feet on a freeway sign in 24 years of driving. When did MNDOT start doing signs in feet?

That imperfect but eventually scoreless 7th/8th from Hoffman and Morris is a perfect illustration of two things: 1. The current Twins pen still isn’t perfect. 2. It’s infinitely better than the pen from the beginning of the season with Justin Topa and Cole Sands as the top two right handed arms.

The Twins are promoting shortstop prospect Kaelen Culpepper to the majors. Culpepper was their first-round pick in 2024.

This happened in Felton, on MN 9, NE of Fargo, along the route I regularly traveled as a kid between home in Crookston and the cabin in Glenwood. 127 mph is bananas anywhere. I assure you it is extra, extra bananas on this stretch. This is also likely the biggest news in the history of Felton, MN.

A man pulled over for speeding attempted to flee police at 127 mph, then openly drank a bottle of vodka in front of the patrolling deputy prior to being arrested.
