_ [ 10.30.26 ] _video and audio created in unison using a modular generative audio/video synthesizer system. The music is based on chance and probability. While I patch the synths, and set the parameters, it’s largely random. A recording of NPR was randomly captured from FM radio, and is playing throughout the recording processed by the evil pet. The video patch is a little more deliberate (pre patched) , although it receives random modulation, and the audio has a direct influence on the video patch. I try to keep it as random as possible. 3 oscillator patch, mainbow video synthesizer and T+ Vortex Decoder. Everything is recorded in realtime. Moog Labyrinth Moog Mother 32 Malekko varigate 8 Mutable instruments Rings Behringer Halos Qu-bit Aurora Various modulators Endorphines Evil Pet Maschine+ [master clock and fx] Chroma cauldron mainbow Tachyons+ Vortex Decoder Audio + Video captured on a Roland VR-3 The “frame” around the video was also created on a LZX video system [still frame] , but not at the same time as everything else. Final color grading and comp in after effects.
